In addition to performing most of the popular soil tests (Mehlich III, etc.), TPSL®'s signature soil test is its Daubeny Plant Natural™ Extraction Method Soil Test – and using continuously-updated proprietary nutrition standards, is calibrated against actual plant nutrient uptake.

By closely duplicating the way plants take up soil nutrients in all soils, your Plant Natural™ soil report shows only the amounts of nutrient compounds that are actually available to the plant.

But more than just numbers, your Plant Natural™ report provides consulting advice with color-coding to show at a glance the levels of nutrients available to plants - along with fertilization recommendations for your crop and soil.

Additionally, detailed multi-page write-ups of report interpretations and recommendations are optionally available (SAO-00).

The nutrient levels shown in your report will likely be much lower (especially in high-pH soils) than those reported by other labs, as the popular extractions also report plant-unavailable nutrient compounds - tied-up by native soil chemistry and often from salts of previous fertilizer applications building-up over time.
